HOW DID HILLARY GET “TRUMPED”?

Nov 11, 2016

I woke up on 11/9/16 in shock to see that Donald Trump had won the election as America’s next president. How in the world did Hillary get Trumped by such a man of his character? I went before the Lord and asked…”now Lord… did I miss you? Did many of your prophets miss you? Many of us heard or saw in the spirit Hillary Clinton. If I missed you, I repent now before you and I shall repent before your people.”

After I said that, what happened next made my heart sank. The Lord began to minister to me….”what you and many others saw and heard in the spirit was My Will. What you saw manifest in the natural was the WILL OF THE PEOPLE”.

He then led me to the scriptures…1 Samuel 8. In this chapter, the people wanted change so bad. Who they had before (Samuel’s sons) they didn’t think were good leaders. So they cried out to Samuel and to God to send them a King. Send them somebody new and different that could bring the “change” that they wanted to see. Samuel knew this was not the will of the Lord, but he went before the Lord anyway. The Lord told Samuel to give them what they wanted. They weren’t rejecting Samuel, they were rejecting the Lord and His will for their lives. Then the Lord began to tell them what this “new king” was going to do.

I read this chapter, and my heart sank. I don’t think we know what we have asked. The people of God wanted change so bad, that they voted for somebody that

1)Said they had nothing that they had ever done in life that they needed forgiveness for.

2)Said that they could go out on the streets and shoot somebody, and would NOT lose a single voter.

3)Belittles women.

4)Is a huge bully.

5)Is semi-racist.

6)Waving flags to the LGBT (gay community) for their support.

7)Stated that he’d run as President as a Republican because the republicans are the dumbest group of voters in the country- they would believe anything on Fox news and he could lie and they’d still eat it up.

8)has a spirit that attracts chaos and division.

The list could go on. I wasn’t a big fan of Hilary. She’s not a saint in all this. All I knew was that God had shown me His choice. The Lord said….daughter, I showed you my will, but I will give the people what they asked. I began to see what will happen to this nation. I have been crying out for mercy. One thing we have to remember is that prophecy is always conditional based upon the obedience of man. God never forces His will. He allows us to choose.

He’s a reality check….God is not in control of the choices we make. We are. He will never force us to do His will. He gives us the choice to do it. He’s a perfect gentleman. We CANNOT say that this was the Lord’s choosing. No, we made the choice, not God.

Watch and pray. We have chosen our leader. Now as intercessors, we must now stand in the gap like never before. The United States as we know it is going to change drastically over the next 4 years. Pray for Donald Trump. Pray that the Lord will do a great work with his heart, that he will see the need to repent. That’s when God call heal and deliver him. Pray for this nation. Pray that we walk in love and do not let division to overtake us. Pray for the peace of God. Pray that it rests upon this nation. Pray for the mercies of God. Pray for the grace of God. Pray for unity like never before.

1 Samuel 8New International Version (NIV)

Israel Asks for a King

8 When Samuel grew old, he appointed his sons as Israel’s leaders.[a] 2 The name of his firstborn was Joel and the name of his second was Abijah, and they served at Beersheba. 3 But his sons did not follow his ways. They turned aside after dishonest gain and accepted bribes and perverted justice.

4 So all the elders of Israel gathered together and came to Samuel at Ramah. 5 They said to him, “You are old, and your sons do not follow your ways; now appoint a king to lead[b] us, such as all the other nations have.”

6 But when they said, “Give us a king to lead us,” this displeased Samuel; so he prayed to the Lord. 7 And the Lord told him: “Listen to all that the people are saying to you; it is not you they have rejected, but they have rejected me as their king. 8 As they have done from the day I brought them up out of Egypt until this day, forsaking me and serving other gods, so they are doing to you. 9 Now listen to them; but warn them solemnly and let them know what the king who will reign over them will claim as his rights.”

10 Samuel told all the words of the Lord to the people who were asking him for a king. 11 He said, “This is what the king who will reign over you will claim as his rights: He will take your sons and make them serve with his chariots and horses, and they will run in front of his chariots. 12 Some he will assign to be commanders of thousands and commanders of fifties, and others to plow his ground and reap his harvest, and still others to make weapons of war and equipment for his chariots. 13 He will take your daughters to be perfumers and cooks and bakers. 14 He will take the best of your fields and vineyards and olive groves and give them to his attendants. 15 He will take a tenth of your grain and of your vintage and give it to his officials and attendants. 16 Your male and female servants and the best of your cattle[c] and donkeys he will take for his own use. 17 He will take a tenth of your flocks, and you yourselves will become his slaves. 18 When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the king you have chosen, but the Lord will not answer you in that day.”

19 But the people refused to listen to Samuel. “No!” they said. “We want a king over us. 20 Then we will be like all the other nations, with a king to lead us and to go out before us and fight our battles.”

21 When Samuel heard all that the people said, he repeated it before the Lord. 22 The Lord answered, “Listen to them and give them a king.”

Then Samuel said to the Israelites, “Everyone go back to your own town.”
