EXAMINE YOUR LIFE! THIS IS PROPHETIC!!

I was listening to a pod-cast the other day, and I heard this quote that originally came from Socrates.  The quote stated, “The unexamined life is not worth living”.  This made me think.  This quote is really so deep! At one point, I thought to myself how saying something like this is not good for someone that’s suicidal to hear, but then God began to minister to me that it’s something that we ALL need to hear!

Ok, so here we go!

Are you examining your life? Are you taking inventory of what’s in your storage?  Have you looked at things that you no longer need, and decided that today is the day that you throw it all away and make room for what IS needed?  This could be anything; it could even be people.

Have you taken inventory of what has spoiled and smells bad (attitude, relationships, bad habits, etc)?

You see, what Socrates was simply saying is what the bible has taught us all along! In all your getting, get you some understanding about your life!  Get clarity! Understand who you are.  Understand what changes you need to make in order to get to your next level.  Understand things that you need to do, people you need to connect with, investments you need to make, bad habits you need to get rid of, people you need to loose yourself of, mistakes you NEVER need to make again etc!

Every day we should be striving to get better.  If you are not taking time to examine your life and what you need to do to make it better, then what exactly are you doing???

I’ll tell you what you’re doing.  You’re living your life haphazardly.  Que sera sera! Whatever happens happens, right? It is what it is, right?  WRONG! That’s a life without purpose! God wants us to live a purpose-driven life! He wants us to examine our lives and our minds daily! That’s His will for us?

So,  my question for you is simple. Are you examining your life right now? Are you working hard daily to be the best you can be so you can live the best life you can possibly live?  If not, today is a great day to start!

Your life is worth living because you’re doing everything you can to make it work.  I speak that prophetically over you now!  You are evaluating and taking inventory.  You are being and doing all that God called you to be and do! No devil in hell will stop your purpose and destiny! Receive it now! That was prophetic! #Selah
